Outlaws Wanted to Beat the Heat

Have you ever wanted to race a cop? Well, if you are between the ages of 16 and 20, hold a valid license and you have a car, truck or motorcycle you can. Beat the Heat and Great Lakes Dragaway invite you to come down to Union Grove, WI to race your friends and the local law enforcement officers at the track this summer on Saturdays from April through September.

This is bracket racing on a ¼ mile track so you don’t have to have a fastest car there to be the winner. There is a drivers meeting each night before the elimination races begin so we can answer any questions that first time racers have. We’re all there to have fun but we are also concerned with safety so all vehicles will be given a safety inspection and helmets and seat belts must be worn.

Winner and runner up both receive trophies!

Awards for top point finishers to be determined.

New this year - Beat the Heat races will be on Saturdays. Time trails start at 11:00am, Races starts around noon.
